Germany issues Spain travel warning

Germany’s disease control agency has expressed concern over a rising numbers of infections. FRANCE 24 correspondent Nick Spicer explains the country is putting in place fresh health measures to contain the virus, including a travel advisory against parts of Spain, where 11 million German tourists visit each year.
