Last week, Laszlo Kövér, Speaker of the National Assembly of Hungary, made an official visit to the Danish Parliament.
From 26-29 November, Speaker of the National Assembly of Hungary, Laszlo Kövér, and a small delegation visited the Danish Parliament as part of their official visit to Denmark. The visit from the Hungarian Speaker came shortly after the official visit from the Hungarian foreign minister.
During their visit, Laszlo Kövér and the delegation had great opportunities to discuss current political topics with the Speaker of the Danish Parliament, Pia Kjærsgaard (DF), and members of the Presidium of the Danish Parliament. Among other things, they discussed the political situation in Hungary, migration and the future of Europe.
The Hungarian Speaker and the delegation went on a guided tour in the Parliament, and Laszlo Kövér wrote a message in the official guestbook of the Danish Parliament.
As a conclusion to the visit, Laszlo Kövér and Pia Kjærsgaard visited Her Royal Highness Queen Margrethe II at Amalienborg Castle.
