On 9 October the Danish Parliament will open its doors to visitors as part of Copenhagen’ Night of Culture (Kulturnatten) festival. “Kulturnatten” is an annual event, during which cultural institutions and other organisations in Copenhagen welcome visitors and offer many different kinds of activities.
During Night of Culture, you can visit the Danish Parliament without a guide. Each of the political parties will be allocated a room, so there will be good opportunities to meet representatives of all the parties.
You will also be able to see the Chamber, the library and committee rooms, where members and employees will be on hand to explain about their work.

The corridors and conference rooms are filled with masterly paintings and other works of art.

Access
In order to have access to events on Culture Night 9. October a Culture Pass is required. Culture Passes costs DKK 90 and are sold in 7-Eleven in Copenhagen and libraries and cultural institutions around Copenhagen and Frederiksberg from 28. September 2015.
Queues
To gain access to the Danish Parliament, enter via the main door at ground-floor level in Rigsdagsgården (Parliament Square). You will be asked to submit to a security check. As there are limits to the number of people allowed in the building at any one time, you should expect to have to queue.
The Danish Parliament will be open from 18.00-24.00. Doors will close at 23.30.
