Q- On Wednesday, the United States ordered the evacuation of its non-emergency personnel from its embassy in Niamey. Does France plan to likewise reduce its staff at its diplomatic mission? I would also like to find out whether the evacuation of French and foreign nationals, which began on Tuesday, has officially concluded? Are there plans to send additional planes to evacuate the remaining nationals if they decide at a later date that they wish to leave the country?
