Q : The Nigerian Electoral Commission announced the election results this past weekend. Do you have any comment?
A : France congratulates the Nigerian people on the presidential and legislative elections held on February 25. It also congratulates Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the candidate who was declared the winner of the election by the Independent National Electoral Commission. We will be delighted to work with him to strengthen relations between France and Nigeria.
