France welcomes Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan’s visit to Turkey in connection with Armenia’s assistance to those affected by the earthquakes.
As Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Catherine Colonna said during her visit to Turkey last September, France encourages efforts by Armenia and Turkey to normalize relations.
